Know. Choose. Connect.

Kampo Compass is a quiet guide: it helps you understand your constitution as it is today, gently narrows down the Kampo formulas that may suit you, and — when you wish — points the way to a Kampo pharmacy in Japan.

01 Know yourself — Start with the free constitution check

Answer a handful of questions, and we'll tell you which of 20 types — drawn from the traditional East Asian view of constitution — is closest to you right now. About 3 minutes, free. It is not a medical diagnosis; it is a doorway to knowing yourself.

02 Go deeper — Symptom guides & constitution reports

For those who want more, there are readings written by a licensed Japanese pharmacist: Symptom Guides ($15) for what troubles you, and a Constitution Report ($50) — your type, bound as a single volume. Gentle self-care ideas and everyday adjustments, carefully translated within the bounds of Japanese regulation.

03 Connect (coming soon) — A Kampo pharmacy in Japan, closer to you

In the future, we plan to offer a way to feel connected to a Kampo pharmacy in Tokyo — receiving general notes and guidance over LINE from a pharmacy with licensed Japanese pharmacists. A doorway to touching Japanese Kampo itself.

*What we share here is general information about the pharmacy. Your constitution check results are never shared with the pharmacy, and this is not individual medical consultation, diagnosis, or prescribing. The framework is still in preparation.
