Healthcare Navigation Session: first reply within 24 hours

Japan Medication Entry Check: First reply within 24 hours; report within 3 business days of receiving your complete list. Please start at least 3 weeks before departure.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation before we send the answer (Session) or the report (Entry Check): full refund. If we can't take on your request, we tell you so in our first reply and refund in full (that reply does not count as an answer or report).

Once we have sent the answer or the report, we are unable to offer a refund.

To cancel, reply in the channel we are using with you, or email kampocompass.info@gmail.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and we process them within 7 business days of confirming your request.
