流れ

1. 1. お支払いとリストの送付 お薬の名前、規格、持ち込む数量、渡航日、到着空港。箱や処方箋の写真で十分です。
2. 2. 一つずつ確認 厚生労働省のルール、麻薬・向精神薬の指定、医療機器のリストに照らして確認します。最初の返信は24時間以内。
3. 3. レポートのお届け 見立て、数量の基準、申請ガイドを、3営業日以内にお届けします。
4. 4. ご自身で申請（必要な場合） 公式サイトから、ご本人名義で。ご到着までご質問にお答えします。

このサービスでできないこと

• · 官公署に提出する書類の記入・作成・提出は行いません。日本の法律で、これは行政書士の業務とされています。申請はご本人名義で行っていただきます。公式システムは英語に対応しており、所要時間は20分ほどです。
• · 日本の当局に代わって判断することはありません。最終判断は当局が行うものであり、許可や通関を保証することはできません。
• · 医療上の助言や、処方の変更を促すことはしません。

日程

最初の返信は24時間以内。レポートは、完全なリストを受け取ってから3営業日以内にお届けします。出発の3週間前までにお申し込みください。

返金

最初の返信で「対応できない」とお伝えした場合は全額返金します。レポートお届け後の返金はありません。

よくあるご質問

公式の許可はどのくらいで出ますか？

厚生労働省は、不備のない申請であれば通常数営業日で発行されるとしていますが、各国大使館は2〜4週間の余裕を見るよう案内しています。早めの準備をおすすめします。

1か月分だけ持っていく場合も必要ですか？

多くの場合は不要です。ただし「1か月分」は処方された用量で数えますし、数量にかかわらず規制の対象になるお薬もあります。それを確かめるのがこのチェックです。

ADHDの薬・睡眠薬・鎮痛薬も確認できますか？

はい。これらはまさにルールが最も厳しく、思い込みで判断すると代償が大きい分類です。

申請を代行してもらえますか？

いいえ。「このサービスでできないこと」をご覧ください。ご自身で20分ほどで手続きできるよう、必要な情報をすべてお渡しします。

家族全員分のお薬を確認できますか？

はい。お一人ずつ、別のチェックとしてお受けします。

はっきりとお伝えしたうえで、同じ状況の方が一般的に検討する選択肢（主治医に代替薬について相談する、日本で受診するなど）を説明し、確認すべきポイントをご案内します。

How it works

1. 1. Pay and send your list Medicine names, strength, how many you’re bringing, travel dates, arrival airport. Photos of the boxes or prescriptions are enough.
2. 2. I check each item Against MHLW rules, the narcotics and psychotropics schedules, and the medical device list. First reply within 24 hours.
3. 3. You get your report Determination, thresholds, and your application guide, within 3 business days.
4. 4. You apply (if needed) In your own name, on the official site. I answer questions until you land.

What this service is not

• · I don't fill in, prepare, or submit any government form for you. Under Japanese law that's reserved for licensed administrative scriveners. You submit in your own name — the official system is in English and takes about 20 minutes.
• · I don't decide for the Japanese authorities. The final call is theirs; I can't guarantee approval or customs clearance.
• · I don't give medical advice or tell you to change a prescription.

Full refund if I say in my first reply that I can't help with your list. No refund after the report is delivered.

Questions

How long does the official permit take?

The Ministry says complete applications are normally issued in a few business days, but embassies advise allowing 2–4 weeks. Start early.

Do I need this if I'm only bringing a month's supply?

Often not — but "one month" is counted by your prescribed dose, and some medicines are restricted at any quantity. That’s what the check is for.

My medicine is ADHD medication / a sleep aid / a painkiller. Can you check it?

Yes. These are exactly the categories where the rules are strictest, and where a wrong guess costs the most.

Will you apply for me?

No — see "What this service is not." I give you everything you need to do it yourself in about 20 minutes.

Can you check medicines for my whole family?

Yes. Each person's list is a separate check.

What if my medicine can't be brought in at all?

I'll tell you clearly, explain the general options people in that situation consider (such as asking your doctor about alternatives or seeing a doctor in Japan), and point you to the right questions to ask.
