第5条（体質診断データの取扱い）

体質診断・漢方セルフチェックの回答および結果は、お使いの端末のローカルストレージ（ブラウザ内）に履歴として保存されるほか、サイトの分析・改善を目的として、当方が利用する外部サービス（Supabase）のデータベースにも記録されます。記録される内容は、設問への回答、診断・検索の結果、推奨される処方、流入元のページURL、および記録日時です。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの、ご本人を直接特定する情報は取得しません。各記録にはランダムな識別子のみが付与され、同一の利用者による複数の記録を相互に結びつけたり、利用者を継続的に追跡したりすることはありません。ローカルストレージに保存された履歴は、ブラウザのデータ消去によりご自身で削除できます。なお、当方が利用する外部サービスの基盤においては、通信に伴う技術的情報（IPアドレス等）が各サービスの定めに従って一定期間保持される場合があります。

We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, or address. Each record is assigned only a random identifier; we do not link multiple records from the same user or track users on a continuous basis. History stored in local storage can be deleted by you at any time by clearing your browser data. Please note that the underlying infrastructure of the external services we use may retain technical information associated with communications (such as IP addresses) for a certain period in accordance with the terms of each service.
