How Referrals Work

1. 01 Apply and Get Your Code — Apply free. Once approved, you receive your own partner code and dashboard.
2. 02 Share It with Travelers — Your clients enter the code at checkout and save 5%.
3. 03 We Handle the Rest — Travelers book and pay us directly. We review their medicines and send the report. You earn 15% commission on eligible completed bookings.

Your company does not need to process payments or handle travelers' medical information.

Suggested use: pre-departure emails. Include your partner code and a link to our Entry Check page in your pre-departure information, so travelers bringing medication to Japan know where to get professional guidance. Please let them know you may earn a commission.

Partner FAQ

How do I join?

Apply free through our partner portal. Once approved, you receive your own partner code and a dashboard.

How is my commission calculated?

15% of the amount the traveler pays (after their 5% discount) on eligible bookings made with your code: Entry Check (US$100) and Entry Check + Application Map (US$150). Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid after any refund. If a refund is issued after a commission has been paid out, the difference is deducted from your next quarterly payout. Charged-back bookings are not included.

How and when am I paid?

Quarterly, in US dollars, via Wise. Balances under US$50 carry over to the next quarter. We cover the Wise transfer fees.

How do I track my referrals?

Every booking made with your code appears in your partner dashboard. Your code does not expire.

Do we need to handle payments or medical information?

No. Travelers book, pay and share their information with us directly.

What should we tell our clients?

Share your code and a link to our Entry Check page. Please let your clients know that you may earn a commission when they use your code.

Are there any fees or minimum volumes?

No. Joining is free, and there is no minimum number of referrals.
