Natsuko Shibata
Pharmacist, licensed in Japan since 2015
Natsuko Shibata has been a licensed pharmacist in Japan since 2015 and continues to practice as a dispensing pharmacist in Tokyo. Her experience spans pharmaceutical companies, cosmetics manufacturing, community pharmacy and pharmaceutical regulatory consulting.

Japan Medication Entry Check
Before travel. Each medicine is assessed against Japan's import rules, with official sources, a Medication List in English and Japanese for customs, and a Japanese-format medication record for clinics. Every assessment is reviewed and signed by a licensed Japanese pharmacist.

Check + Application Map
Everything in the Entry Check, plus your Application Map if any item needs an application: a private page made from your report that shows what to prepare, where to apply and by when. You apply yourself. Filing, where we submit the documents you completed, is offered to a limited number of travelers by email after the Map.

Healthcare Navigation Session
During a stay. English-speaking clinics near the client, confirmed by phone, and the prescription explained in English after the visit. Where a clinic's English is limited, a Japanese patient summary makes sure the clinic has the full picture.

Our standards
- · One accountable pharmacist — every case is handled personally by the licensed pharmacist named above. Nothing is outsourced.
- · Fast, documented responses — first reply within 24 hours (counting business days only: Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, 29 Dec–3 Jan and 29 Apr–5 May are not counted; Japan time), and every answer in writing for the client to keep.
- · Confidential — client information is used only for the case and shared with no one without the client's consent.
- · Clear boundaries — no diagnosis, prescribing, sale of medicines, or preparing government documents on anyone's behalf. Emergencies are directed to 119 immediately.
- · Transparent — clinic suggestions are based solely on the client's needs. If we ever have a commercial relationship with a clinic, we will say so before the client books.
