JAPAN MEDICATION ENTRY CHECK · APPLICATION MAP

Application Map

What to prepare, where to apply, and by when — mapped from your report.

If your Entry Check report shows that a medicine needs an application, the Application Map turns the result into a private page you can follow from the top, at your own pace.

A sample Application Map on a phone, next to a boarding pass and a printed itinerary. The details are fictional.

Your order can be used for 5 months from payment (until 23:59 Japan time on the last day; we show the exact date in your order emails). Our payment provider can only refund to your original card within about 6 months of payment, so orders are valid for 5 months. If you haven't sent your form yet, you can ask for a full refund at any time until then. We'll remind you at 7 days, 30 days and 4 months. An unused order expires after 5 months without a refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

The Map is refunded in full if you ask before we send it; once it has been sent, it isn’t refunded. If you booked Entry Check + Application Map and your report shows no application is needed, the Map is refunded automatically. Refund policy

Questions

How is the Map different from Filing?

With the Map, you apply and send everything yourself; we don’t receive your documents. Filing (+US$150) is a separate, limited option in which we submit the documents you completed and signed, unchanged. It is offered by email after your Map.

What if none of my items needs an application?

Your report will say so, and there is nothing to map. If you booked Entry Check + Application Map, the Map is refunded automatically; you don’t need to ask.

When will I get my Map?

With Entry Check + Application Map, your Map follows your report. If you add the Map after your report, we email you the link within 2 business days of your payment (Japan time). If your report shows no application is needed, there is no Map to send, and you can ask for a full refund.

Does the Map guarantee that my application will be approved?

No. The Map shows you what to prepare, where to apply and by when. The Japanese authorities decide on each application.

Prefer us to submit what you’ve completed? Filing (Limited) is offered individually by email after your Map. About Filing →
