Prefer us to submit what you’ve completed? After your Application Map, we can submit the application documents you completed and signed, for a limited number of travelers.

The Japanese authorities decide on every application; approval cannot be guaranteed.

What Filing is

  • When we ask, you send us the documents you completed and signed, by email to hello@kampo-compass.com.
  • We confirm the files are complete and readable, then, depending on the type of application, submit them as your registered agent or forward them unchanged at your request to the relevant Japanese authorities. We do not edit what you wrote.
  • We keep you updated by email until your application is finished.

The wording on your application forms remains yours. We do not create or rewrite it.

If the authorities ask a question, we pass it on to you and submit the reply you write, unchanged.

How to get Filing

  1. Start with the Entry Check Book the Entry Check, or the Entry Check + Application Map. Your report shows which items need an application, and your Map shows what comes next.
  2. Ask after your Map If you'd like us to submit what you've completed, reply to your Map email. Filing is offered to a limited number of travelers, and we reply by email. Please don't attach documents to that reply.

Your documents

Documents for Filing come to us by email. We keep them in the operator's Google Drive and delete them once your application is finished.
